Notes: |
My ANZAC Quest is a compelling story of the mission Brenda Stevens-Chambers embarked upon in the mid 1900s to investigate a lament of her great-grandmother, Georgina (Ginny) Midgley of Bendigo, Victoria.
Ginny's third son, Henry (Honkie) lost his life on the Western Front in 1917. Ginny's heart wrenching lament has resonated through Brenda's family for three generations with descendants grieving for the mother and son who endured so much together when so far apart.
