From introduction: This book has been written to raise funds for the restoration of "Seymour's wooden wonder". This magnificent Goulburn River Bridge was built in 1892-93 replacing an earlier bridge, which in turn replaced a punt across the river. For more than a century this river crossing was the major southern entrance to the town.
