Published to accompany the exhibition of the same name, held at The Ian Potter Centre: NGV Australia, Federation Square, Melbourne, 27 March-9 August 2020.
The publication will present Destiny Deacon's practice to date, including a wide range of media, from photography to video works. Themes include 'blakness' and 'whiteness', the mask as a metaphor; the staging of the self, as well as broader social pressures.
