This story describes experiences in the life of an ordinary man, over a period of sixty years, from the time of his early years as a lad in the small country town of Rochester in Northern Victoria until his retirement from his work as a construction engineer, to Traralgon South, in Gippsland. The second book was published in 1970 as: Beyond the horizon.
